Receive 20 cartons of 24 and stock is held as 480 pieces. Lists show “20 cartons + 0” so it reads the way you think.
Quantity price breaks
Set a lower price from 24 pieces, lower again from 240. The price applies automatically at billing — unless you type your own.
Reorder alerts per item
Each item has its own reorder level, so the low-stock list reflects fast and slow movers properly.

Good to know
Does stock go down in pieces when I sell?
Yes. Stock is always counted in the smallest unit (pieces); cartons are for buying and for reading the list.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The software runs on your own computer and your data is stored there. Internet is only needed if you choose to publish customer QR ordering outside your own Wi-Fi.
Where is my data?
In a single file on your computer, with one-click backup and restore.
Can I bring in my existing stock?
Yes. Download the sample sheet for your business type, fill it in Excel and upload. The software checks every row before saving anything.
Can my staff see my buying prices and profit?
Only if you allow it. Roles are yours to define, and costs and profit can be hidden from any role.
Can I change my business type later?
The type is chosen at setup and is locked once records exist. To run a different kind of business, set up a separate installation.
