One IMEI, one phone
Each handset is its own record with a unique 15-digit IMEI. The same IMEI can never be entered twice, so double-selling a phone is blocked.
Seller ID and approval status
When you buy a used phone, record the seller’s national ID, the phone’s condition and its status — approved or registered with your country’s regulator, unregistered, network-locked or factory unlocked.
Brand, colour, storage and RAM
Phones carry their specifications, so “Nova X12 · Midnight · 128GB · 6GB” is clear in every list and invoice.
Scan an IMEI at the counter
Type or scan an IMEI at billing and the exact phone is picked. Buying price is checked so you are warned before selling below cost.
Warranty, both ways
Log a customer’s warranty claim, pass it on to the supplier that sold you the unit, and follow it through to resolution.

Good to know
Can I enter many identical accessories at once?
Yes. Only phones with an IMEI are one-per-record; accessories are received in any quantity.
What if two phones have the same IMEI?
The software refuses the second entry, so duplicate or mistyped IMEIs are caught at the time of buying.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The software runs on your own computer and your data is stored there. Internet is only needed if you choose to publish customer QR ordering outside your own Wi-Fi.
Where is my data?
In a single file on your computer, with one-click backup and restore.
Can I bring in my existing stock?
Yes. Download the sample sheet for your business type, fill it in Excel and upload. The software checks every row before saving anything.
Can my staff see my buying prices and profit?
Only if you allow it. Roles are yours to define, and costs and profit can be hidden from any role.
Can I change my business type later?
The type is chosen at setup and is locked once records exist. To run a different kind of business, set up a separate installation.
