Made for how garment and boutique shops work
Stitched, unstitched and cloth by the metre
Mark every item as stitched, unstitched or fabric by the metre, and count it the way you sell it — pieces, suits, pairs, metres, yards or gaz.
Ladies, gents and kids — eastern and western
Eastern wear (shalwar kameez, kurta, lehnga, sharara, waistcoat, sherwani) and western wear (shirts, jeans, dresses, blazers, coats) in one catalogue, tagged by style, fabric, design and season.
Sizes and colours as real stock
Each size and colour is its own stock line, so you know exactly what is on the rack. Enter a whole size run at once — S to XXL, EU, UK, US, collar or waist-by-length.
Cloth sold in parts
Sell 4.5 metres or 2.5 yards and stock goes down by exactly that length. Set a price per metre, with lower prices for bigger quantities.
A tailoring service that remembers
Take stitching orders with the customer’s own measurements — kameez length, chest, shalwar bottom, sleeve and more. They are saved, so a returning customer is measured only once.
Job slips, due dates and advances
Print a job slip for the tailor and a slip for the customer, track each order from received to ready, see what is overdue, and take an advance.
Deliver and bill in one step
When the order is ready, deliver it and the fabric comes off your stock, the stitching charge is added, and the advance counts as already paid — all on one invoice.
Collections, codes and photos
Keep design and article codes, group by season (summer, winter, Eid, wedding), add a photo to every piece, and print barcode labels for hang tags.
The complete shop-management toolkit
Stock & buying
Record goods received from suppliers, track what you owe them, and pay them in parts.
Billing & receipts
Fast invoices with discounts, part-payments, customer balances and printable receipts.
Money in and out
Expenses, owner investment and petty cash, with a live dashboard of sales, stock value, cash and profit.
Barcodes & QR labels
Print labels for any item, then scan with a USB scanner or a phone camera at billing.
Photos on items
Add a picture to every item from a phone or computer — shown in lists and at billing.
Excel import & export
Load your existing stock from a sheet in minutes, and export any list or report to Excel.
Proper accounts
Profit & loss, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger and journal — built from your daily records.
Roles you define
Create any roles you need — cashier, manager, accountant — and choose exactly what each can see and do. Hide buying prices and profit from staff.
Activity log you can trust
Every action is recorded with who, when and what changed. Entries cannot be edited or removed, and an integrity check shows if anything was tampered with.
Backup & restore
One-click backup file and restore. Your data stays on your own computer.
For boutiques & clothing stores
- Boutiques and ladies’ unstitched / stitched wear shops
- Gents’ cloth merchants, tailors and ready-made shops
- Shops that sell eastern and western clothing together
Good to know
Can I sell cloth by the metre, and in parts?
Yes. Items counted in metres, yards or gaz can be bought and sold in parts, up to two decimals (for example 4.5 metres).
What if the customer brings their own fabric?
Choose “customer brings the fabric” on the order. Only the stitching is billed, and nothing is taken from your stock.
Are customers’ measurements kept?
Yes. They are saved per customer and per garment type and filled in automatically for the next order. Measurement boxes are offered for eastern and western garments.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The software runs on your own computer and your data is stored there. Internet is only needed if you choose to publish customer QR ordering outside your own Wi-Fi.
Where is my data?
In a single file on your computer, with one-click backup and restore.
Can I bring in my existing stock?
Yes. Download the sample sheet for your business type, fill it in Excel and upload. The software checks every row before saving anything.
Can my staff see my buying prices and profit?
Only if you allow it. Roles are yours to define, and costs and profit can be hidden from any role.
Can I change my business type later?
The type is chosen at setup and is locked once records exist. To run a different kind of business, set up a separate installation.
